Biriyani Masala Powder

This masala powder can be used in any type of biriyani and hence very useful.

Ingredients:-

Cinnamon – 1 big stick
Cardamom – 3
Cloves – 4
Nutmeg – quarter
Fennelseed – half tsp
Cumin seed – half tsp
Shahjeera – half tsp
Mace – 3

Method:-

Dry roast the above ingredients and grind them to a fine powder.Store it in an airtight container.
